  • Scanning and Image Management Services

  • Canteen Services

  • Development of Procedures for the Implementation of OSHA and Blood Borne Pathogen Regulations

  • Procurement of Contracts for Clinical Laboratory Services

  • Regulation of Clients Day-to-Day Business Operations

  • Monitoring the Efficient Management of the Clients Practice

  • Scheduling of Appearances, Continuing Medical Education, Seminars, Conferences, Legal Matters, Travel Accommodations, Special Events and others

  • Maintenance of Clients Medical Records as Required by Applicable State Laws and Terms and Provisions Pursuant to Contracts with Third Party Payors, Commercial Insurers, Health Care Plans or Organizations Corporate Formation

  • Preparation and Submission of Pro Se Claims for Arbitration/Litigation

  • Preparation and Submission of Claims for Arbitration/Litigation to Clients Counsel Necessary for the Commencement of Legal Proceedings

  • Refer Matters to Outside Collection Agencies or Legal Counsel

  • Liaison Services for Arbitration and/or Litigation

  • Respond to all Requests for Information and Documents made by Clients Counsel
